About Me...
My passion for education began when I was in high school, working with and tutoring my peers. It was then I made my decision to make educating a life-long mission. I went to Eastern Illinois University to pursue a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics. Upon graduating, I began teaching at MCHS, and shortly after completed a Master’s Degree In Educational Administration. I have a passion for teaching, and seeing as my husband is also a high school teacher, my life seems to be centered around education. The other central focus of my life are my two children who keep us very busy and seem to be teaching me something new each day! At MCHS, I also serve as the Student Council Advisor. I love getting to see students grow into leaders, and I appreciate the greater insight Student Council gives me into the lives of the students here at MCHS.
